Amaretto Cake = 2 layers vanilla cake filled with amaretto ganache and amaretto buttercream
Chambord Cake = 2 layers of vanilla cake filled with chambord, raspberry buttercream & plain buttercream
Chinese Cake = 2 layers of vanilla cake filled with plain buttercream and assorted fresh fruits
Kahlua Almond Cake = 2 layers vanilla cake filled with kahlua, marzipan, mocha buttercream, and ganache lemon or raspberry cake = 2 layers of vanilla cake filled with buttercream and either lemon or raspberry preserves
Marzipan Cake = 2 layers of vanilla cake filled with plain buttercream, raspberry buttercream and marzipan
Himbeer Cake = 2 layers of chocolate cake filled with cream cheese and raspberry preserves
Opera Cake = 2 layers of chocolate cake filled with ganache and raspberry preserves
Ganache Cake = 2 layers of chocolate cake filled with ganache ( fresh strawberries can be mixed into the ganache for something different)
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake = 2 layers of chocolate cake filled with ganache and peanut butter buttercream
We also do a variety of mini fancy cookies and pastries to compliment any wedding or function. Some of the items we make are lemon buttercream cookies, chocolate buttercream cookies, cream filled swans, eclairs, raspberry puffs dipped in ganache and much more!
